In January 2016 Dr. Peter Penner and myself were invited as advisors to the Minsk consultation organized by the Eurasian Accrediting Association (EAAA) a network connecting 56 theological schools in the Former Soviet Union, with the aim to explore the viability of establishing a PhD program.
