How could we equip professionals, the “every day” missionaries of today to witness for Christ in their professions? How could doctors, teachers, lawyers, businessmen represent Christ in their daily lives? How could they serve as agents of transformation in their societies, through introducing and living out their Christian identity and values? How can they be a salty salt and a shining light in the world? And what challenges do they face? These questions have occupied me for a long time. With a group of pastors, business people, and theological educators from five different countries, we reflected on how to cooperate, in the margins of the summer program for PhD students.
